Food Review. Eat Club. Seared Tuna Nicoise.

Today I dined on the Seared Tuna Nicoise. I enjoy eating dishes that contain words that I can’t pronounce correctly and this meal most definitely checked that box. The dish was lovely, it offered a nice “cooling” experience. My mouth felt like it was breathing in a lovely morning San Diego fog. The crispy lettuce and snap of the green beans paired beautifully with the softness the hard boiled egg provided. We call this texture heaven in the biz. The tuna was phenomenal. Best tuna I’ve ever had out of a box. This dish exceeded expectations. Light, flavorful, refreshing. Meal: 4.6. Experience: 4.5. A4 placement.
